The PREMIX system for Purena concentrates is nothing more than manual reconstitution of a product from a concentrate, mixed in a suitable proportion with water and poured to vessels/equipment for serving beverages in catering facilities.

Made exclusively from fruit or vegetables, containing 100 % fruit or vegetable contents. The product can be reconstituted from concentrated juices (concentrates). The ratio of reconstitution of concentrated 100% juices with water is: 1=5, which means that from 1 kg of concentrate you get 5 litres of ready juice by adding 1 kg of concentrate (0.8 l) to 4.2 litres of water.

They contain 25 to 100 % juice or fruit purée. They are produced by adding water and sugar and/or honey and sometimes citric acid to the juice/fruit purée. The ratio of reconstitution of concentrated 50% nectars with water is: 1=5, which means that from 1 kg of concentrate you get 5 litres of ready nectar by adding 1 kg of concentrate (0.8 l) to 4.2 litres of water.

They contain 20 % or less of added fruit and/or vegetable juice or purée. The ratio of reconstitution of concentrated beverages with water is: 1=6, which means that from 1 kg of concentrate you get 6 litres of ready beverage by adding 1 kg of concentrate (0.8 l) to 5.2 litres of water.
