On 6th of April 2022 chefs from all over the Poland met in Nosalowy Dwor in Zakopane to cook, discuss and share inspirations at International Cuisine Festival, organised by Unilever Food Solutions.
320 guests could taste dishes prepared by the best chefs in the country. Event programme was very intensive. At 10 stands for live cooking, guests could watch the best chefs at work, including Kinga Bałazy – culinary advisor to Purena.
Kinga Bałazy demonstrated how our fruit purees could be creatively used for preparing the main courses and desserts.
